Getting Started
When you decide to hire us, the first thing to do is to fill out a profile for each of your pets. You can then either fill out
house to meet you and the dogs or cats. During this meeting we will review the profile, their eating routine, favorite
activities, personality issues, and generally get introduced to each other. This initial visit is free. If your pet is
extremely shy or assertive and multiple "get-to-know-you" visits are required, our regular rates apply to those visits. It
is not necessary to have the introduction meeting every time you use us. Generally the one visit is enough unless a
very long time passes between service dates.
Rates
Free -- Initial Meeting
$18 -- Regular 30-minute visit / walk
$30 -- One Hour visit / walk / play
$ 3 -- Each additional pet
$60 -- Overnight in your home. Includes bedtime and morning
walks & feeding. Minimum time 10pm-7am. Does not
include mid-day visit. This service is available on a
limited basis and must be booked 10 days in advance.
Not available on holidays.
If a key is NOT kept on file with us, there will be a $5 fee
for each time we pick up and drop off your key after the
first visit.
Residences outside of Bloomington city limits
subject to additional fee.
Additional Medication Fees
$0 Medication that goes in food or is eaten like a treat
$5 Inserting pills or liquid medicine in the mouth.
$10 Injections.
$20 Subcutaneous fluids.
Referral Credit
If a new client tells us you referred them during their initial home interview, you'll receive a $5 credit to your account
after they have used our service. There's no limit to the number of referral credits you can receive!
Holiday Rates
The rate will be $25 per visit for one animal. The fee for additional animals will not change.
It is $3 per animal. See our policies and holiday schedule.

Cancellations
At least 24 hours. We will have to charge for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice because it prevents us
from accepting other clients. During holidays, 2 weeks notice is required. At Thanksgiving and Christmas, we often
are fully booked a month in advance. Please be considerate in the timing of your cancellation as we turn many people
away during this time. Cancellations not only hurt our business, but also leave others without pet care.
